ATLANTA (May 12, 2016) – Atlanta’s finest hotspots are springing into action with everything you need to host a seasonal get-together. Bellina Alimentari at Ponce City Market caters parties that Italian dreams are made of, from an antipasti bar and panini platter to primi, secondi and dolci courses. Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance; allow a week for parties of 30 or more. For those who can't get enough of Kevin Gillespie's barbecue, Terminus City provides a Southern-style feast of smoked wonderment. With whole-hog barbecue, country-fried steak and homemade sides like fried okra, Brunswick stew and creamed corn, these meals will make your hosting skills a family favorite for years to come. Check out Tin Lizzy's Cantina for a spicier Flex-Mex fiesta with a variety of taco fixings, grilled chicken, seasoned pork, cantina salads and margarita mix (sorry, tequila not included). In Roswell, Aqua blue has banquet facilities and menus ideal for large events of up to 300 guests. The patio, with updated furniture and colorful landscaping, is also perfect for large parties. Aria in Buckhead offers an exquisitely chic yet comfortable atmosphere and an avant-garde menu of fine American cuisine made with high-quality seasonal ingredients. Atkins Park Restaurant & Bar in Virginia-Highland serves up an animated environment that makes it just the right spot for a pleasant evening. The intimate private room at Cotton Calf Kitchen in historic downtown Braselton is perfect for mid-sized gatherings of up to 32 guests. The tastefully appointed space features four tables that comfortably seat eight guests each, and an exterior door for convenient outdoor access. While Gunshow doesn’t feature a private dining area, Kevin Gillespie’s nationally acclaimed restaurant does offer three tiers of group dining events. Groups of seven to 24 guests can enjoy a family-style service of eight items and two desserts selected by executive chef Joey Ward. Located on the Westside under the White Provisions building, Ormsby’s feels like one of the city’s best-kept secrets. But it’s a leading destination for gatherings and celebrations of all sizes and stripes, thanks to a variety of games (shuffleboard, darts, bocce ball, board games and pool) perfect for socializing. Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails in historic Crabapple provides a charming setting for your social gathering or corporate event. Milton’s can accommodate parties of eight to 200 guests, and each event can be specially tailored by request. Banquet menus are priced at $35, $45 and $55. The folks at Ray’s Restaurants pride themselves on event spaces and menus that add up to memorable events. Ray’s on the River in Sandy Springs boasts a variety of event spaces for groups ranging from 10 to 110 guests. Ray’s at Killer Creek in Alpharetta caters to groups with a number of private spaces, including a covered outdoor patio and courtyard that accommodates up to 70 guests. Seed Kitchen & Bar, located in the Merchant’s Walk retail center in Marietta, serves up stylish yet accessible (and affordable) modern comfort food with knowledgeable but unpretentious service. Seed can accommodate private parties of up to 25 guests and semi-private events for 10-25 guests.
